The Educational Summit will be held at the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Western MA in Springfield on Thursday & Friday, June 20th & 21st. Attendees can earn up to 12 CEU's during this two day event covering all mandatory and elective topics needed for a Construction Supervisor License holder to renew their license.
If you are scheduled to renew your CSL license on or after July 2013, you need this continuing education in order to renew your license. See how many Mandatory and Elective Credits you will need to renew your license below:
All licenses are required to have one credit in each of these five Mandatory Categories: Code Review, Workplace Safety, Business Practices/Workers Comp., Energy (not needed for Demolition Specialty License) & Lead Safe Practices (only needed for first renewal cycle).
Unrestricted License: 5 Mandatory / 7 Elective
Restricted License: 5 Mandatory / 5 Elective
Specialty License: 5 Mandatory / 1 Elective
Demolition Specialty License: 4 Mandatory / 2 Elective
It may be helpful to bring your IRC code book and the 8th edition amendment to the Summit. Some of our classes refer to the current 8th edition code book as a reference tool. If you are not up to date on your code books and need copies, please let us know when you call. We can order them for you. If they are ordered early enough we will be able to have them for you at the Summit, otherwise you will need to make arrangements to pick up the books at our office.

Continuing Education Credit Certificates will be sent to you via email within 10 business days of the event. Lost or misplaced certificates will be reissued to members for $10 / non-members for $20.
